Our subscription plan is based on per user per month fee, paid on annual basis. The user access will expire once the subscription is not renewed.

Using only 1 user would defeat the purpose of Quotinc as you will not be able to delegate tasks, and will need to generate quotations one after another. We recommend using few users to optimize the system and in order for you to enjoy all the benefits of Quotinc
